There seem to be two schools of thought on the subject of writing for the web.
Few are romantic about the way we used to write in school. They insist we write by huge blocks of texts. One paragraph per point. Break it up if it has many subpoints. It’s very counterproductive to write like this for the web, given the unlimited white space we are given when we blog.
On the other hand, there are those write line by line.
Making the text scannable and readable – less daunting.
Each line carries a thought. Stringing a lot of them together would make reading the article intimidating.
Which is better?
Frankly speaking – just write. It really doesn’t matter.
